Chris Wellness Resort Hotel, Campos do Jordao

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location has a simply wonderful view that made my stay feel special. The staff was friendly and very nice, always willing to help with any issues. However, the rooms were quite hot during the day, and they didn't have verandas to enjoy the view properly. Also, while the service was friendly, it felt a bit untrained at times, especially around the pool area.
